Location of Work definition

Location of Work means the locations of First Nations health care facilities in the ON Region can be found in Appendix H to Annex A. Also, see Appendix B to Annex A for the Map of the Region.

More Definitions of Location of Work

Location of Work means the locations of First Nations health care facilities in Canada (see Appendix E)
Location of Work project name: A&S Hempstead Demolition city/state: Hempstead, New York Contractor understands and agrees that Federated, in its capacity as Agent for Owner pursuant to the appointment contained in a certain Agency Agreement dated July 1, 1993, shall perform hereunder on behalf of the Owner, and such performances shall have the same force and effect as performance by Owner would have had.
Location of Work means an employee’s standard place of work will be the designated office location identified in the employee’s letter of offer or other engagement documentation. If no designated office location was specified on engagement, the General Manager may specify a designated office location by advising the employee in writing. The General Manager and employee may agree to vary the employee’s designated office location on a temporary or permanent basis. Manager means an employee’s direct manager who is usually the person to whom an employee reports to on a day-to-day basis for work related matters, and may include a person referred to as a supervisor. ML Act means the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973 as amended from time to time and any successor legislation. Non-ongoing employee means an employee engaged under section 22(2)(b) of the PS Act for a specified term or for the duration of a specified task, and consistent with the FW Act. NES means the National Employment Standards at Part 2-2 of the FW Act. Official travel means travel that an employee is requested to undertake on behalf of the employer and which has been approved in advance. Further information can be found in Agency policy.

Related to Location of Work

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • place of worship means that part of a building or structure that is exempt from taxation as a place of worship under the Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. A.31, as amended, or any successor thereof;

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
