Individual Contracts. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be reflected in individual contracts. Savings Clause: Should any part of this agreement be declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that part shall be deleted from the agreement. The remaining parts shall be in full force.

Related to Individual Contracts

  • Individual contract means a contract for health care services issued to and covering an individual. The individual contract may include dependents of the subscriber.
