Punchlist Work. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, within five (5) days after Landlord has provided Tenant with the Delivery Date Notice, Tenant and a representative of Landlord, at a mutually agreeable time, shall inspect the Premises and shall compile a list of items which have not been completed as required in Exhibit "C" (the "Punchlist Items"). Tenant shall have the right to supplement the list of Punchlist Items during the first forty-five (45) days following the Delivery Date. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to complete the Punchlist Items by the Delivery Date or as soon as possible after Landlord's receipt of a supplemental list of Punchlist Items, as the case may be. In the event Landlord is unable to complete such Punchlist Items within thirty (30) days after the Delivery Date or within thirty (30) days after receipt of a supplemental list, Tenant shall have the right, but not the obligation, to complete such Punchlist Items at Landlord's cost and expense and to either request reimbursement from Landlord or to offset the cost thereof against rent. Upon Landlord's completion of all Punchlist Items, Landlord shall have no further obligation with respect to the construction of the Premises.

Punchlist Work. On the Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant shall prepare a punchlist of items requiring repair or other work, and Landlord shall use all reasonable efforts to resolve all items noted on the Punchlist within thirty (30) days of the issuance by the architect of Landlord of a certificate of substantial completion.
Punchlist Work. Construction of an insubstantial nature that, if not completed, will not delay issuance of a final Certificate of Occupancy (or equivalent approval) for the Project by the City or materially interfere with use or occupancy of the Project.
Punchlist Work. Lessor’s Work shall be deemed substantially completed even if minor items of work which do not materially adversely affect Lessee’s ability to conduct its business remain to be completed or corrected (hereinafter referred to as “Punchlist Items”). Lessee shall notify Lessor of any Punchlist Items by written notice given within five (5) business days following receipt of Lessor’s written notification of substantial completion of Lessor’s Work. Punchlist Work. Upon Substantial Completion of the Project by Design/Builder, Design/Builder, Interior Architect and Owner shall jointly inspect the Work. If there remain "punch list" items to be completed, Design/Builder and Owner shall list such items and Design/Builder shall complete said items within 30 days thereof, unless Design/Builder is unable to complete such items due to weather conditions, unavailability of materials or other conditions beyond the control of Design/Builder, in which event Design/Builder shall diligently and expeditiously complete construction of any punchlist items as soon as possible and practicable under the circumstances.

  • Punch List If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans. The parties shall make a Punch-List of the items requiring completion or correction (the "Punch List"). Each item on the Punch-List shall be assigned a reasonable value based upon the reasonable cost of completion or correction of the same or such other value as may be required by the Owner's lender ("Punch-List Amount"). The Developer shall give its written undertaking to complete each such item within forty-five (45) days (or such other period of time as is mutually agreed upon by the parties).

  • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.
