CONSTRUCTION ADDENDUM. Final plans, specs, and estimates were submitted to IDOT on 4/7/2020 to maintain the schedule for the June 12, 2020 letting. Meanwhile, Village staff was coordinating with the downtown merchant’s group to try to gain consensus on a construction schedule. After final PS&E were submitted, the Village required a list of changes that were summarized in an addendum. A total of 43 plan sheets were revised as follows: • Summary of Quantities (15 sheets) • Traffic Control plans (3 sheets) • Drainage and Utility plans (10 sheets) • Watermain plans (7 sheets) TranSystems | 1 • Intersection pavement plans (2 sheets) • Signing plans (2 sheets) • Pavement marking plans (4 sheets) Central Avenue and Wilmette Avenue Revisions included new pay item and quantities, traffic control with adjusted interim completion dates, storm sewer re-design to accommodate private utilities, directional boring water main, and recessed pavement markings.
CONSTRUCTION ADDENDUM. This Construction Addendum ("Addendum") is being entered into on June __, 1998, between JOE XXXKOU AND HAIDY SHEKOU, husband and wife ("Landlord"), and AUTODESK, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Tenant"), in connection with the execution of the Lease between Landlord and Tenant of even date herewith for premises located at 1 McXxxxx Xxxxxxx, San Rafael, California ("Lease"), who hereby agree as follows:
CONSTRUCTION ADDENDUM. 1. Tenant shall be responsible for constructing the interior improvements within the Premises (the “Leasehold Improvements”). Txxxxx’s proposed architect/engineer and construction contractor is subject to Landlord’s prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, and no later than April 1, 2022, prepare and submit to Landlord for Landlord’s written approval or disapproval (which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned) a complete set of plans and specifications and construction drawings (collectively, the “Tenant Work Plans and Specifications”) covering all work to be performed by Tenant in constructing the Leasehold Improvements. The Tenant Work Plans and Specifications shall be in such detail as Landlord may reasonably require and shall be in compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances and regulations; provided, however, that Landlord’s approval of the Tenant Plans and Specifications shall not be deemed to be a warranty or representation that the Tenant Plans and Specifications comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances and regulations. Landlord shall review the Tenant Plans and Specifications and indicate requested changes, if any, by written notice to Tenant, within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Tenant Plans and Specifications by Landlord.

Lessor shall have the right to review and approve drawing for any tenant improvements. Lessor shall provide the tenant a demising wall around the leased Premises as required by Code. Landlord will provide sewer access, electrical conduit with access to electric service, low voltage communication conduit, natural gas accessibility and water stubbed into tenant premises. Natural gas and water will be billed by the Lessor at an appropriate rate. Tenant shall be responsible for all disposal of trash/waste.
