Examples of Tenant Space in a sentence
Tenant shall require each contractor which it engages to perform any improvements or alterations within the Tenant Space or elsewhere in the Building or the Property, to acknowledge and agree in writing that it is performing its work under its agreement with Tenant solely for the benefit of Tenant and that Tenant is not acting as Landlord’s agent.
All prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings and/or practices relative to the leasing or use of the Tenant Space are merged herein or revoked hereby.
Any other use of the Tenant Space is subject to Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld or conditioned in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event shall Tenant have any right (express or implied) to create or permit there to be established any lien or encumbrance of any nature against the Tenant Space, the Building or the Property or against Landlord’s or Tenant’s interest therein or hereunder, including, without limitation, for any improvement or improvements by Tenant, and Tenant shall fully pay the cost of any improvement or improvements made or contracted for by Tenant.
Except for the Back-Up Power Specifications, Landlord shall have no obligation to provide emergency, supplemental or back-up power systems for use in the Premises, or otherwise in, or for, the Tenant Space.
