Signs. Tenant shall affix a sign to the exterior surface of the storefront of the Leased Premises fronting on the enclosed mall, if any, and shall maintain said sign in good condition and repair during the entire term of this Lease. Said sign shall conform to the criteria for signs contained in Exhibit B, and the size, content, design and location thereof shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord. Except as hereinabove mentioned, Tenant shall not place or cause to be placed, erected or maintained on any exterior door, wall, window or the roof of the Leased Premises, or on the glass of any window or door of the Leased Premises, or on any sidewalk or other location outside the Leased Premises, or within any display window space in the Leased Premises, or within five feet (5’) of the front of the storefront leaseline or opening, whether or not there is a display window space in the Leased Premises, or within any entrance to the Leased Premises, or otherwise visible from the mall or street, any sign (flashing, moving, hanging, handwritten, or otherwise), decal, placard, decoration, flashing, moving or hanging lights, lettering, or any other advertising matter of any kind or description. Moreover, Tenant is prohibited from utilizing any displays which are not part of the fixture plan approved in writing by Landlord for the Leased Premises. If Tenant places or causes to be placed or maintained any of the foregoing, the same may be removed by Landlord or Landlord’s representative without notice and without such removal constituting a breach of this Lease or entitling Tenant to claim damages on account thereof. No symbol, design, name, mark or insignia adopted by Landlord for the Shopping Center shall be used without the prior written consent of Landlord. No illuminated sign located in the interior of the Leased Premises and which is visible from the outside thereof shall be permitted without the prior written approval of Landlord. All signs located in the interior of the Leased Premises shall be in good taste and professionally printed so as not to detract from the general appearance of the Leased Premises and the Shopping Center.
Signs. Except for ordinary "For Sublease" signs, Lessee shall not place any sign upon the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. All signs must comply with all Applicable Requirements.
Signs. The AGENCY shall not install or locate signs in the windows and doors of the Designated Space or any other part of the Designated Space or grounds without first securing the COUNTY’S written consent. Any signs installed by the AGENCY with the COUNTY’S permission shall be maintained in good repair and shall be removed, and any building or grounds damage therefrom restored by the AGENCY at the AGENCY’S expense.
Signs. Manager shall place and remove, or cause to be placed and removed, such signs upon the Properties as Manager deems appropriate, subject, however, to the terms and conditions of the Leases and to any applicable ordinances and regulations.
Signs. Lessee shall not place any sign upon the exterior of the Premises or the Building, except that Lessee may, with Lessor's prior written consent, install (but not on the roof) such signs as are reasonably required to advertise Lessee's own business so long as such signs are in a location designated by Lessor and comply with Applicable Requirements and the signage criteria established for the Industrial Center by Lessor. The installation of any sign on the Premises by or for Lessee shall be subject to the provisions of Paragraph 7 (Maintenance, Repairs, Utility Installations, Trade Fixtures and Alterations). Unless otherwise expressly agreed herein, Lessor reserves all rights to the use of the roof of the Building, and the right to install advertising signs on the Building, including the roof, which do not unreasonably interfere with the conduct of Lessee's business; Lessor shall be entitled to all revenues from such advertising signs.
Signs. 11.1. Tenant further agrees that (a) no signs, advertisements or notices shall be inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the outside or inside of the Premises or Building, except on the directories and doors of offices, and then only in such size, color and style as Landlord shall approve; (b) Landlord has the right to prohibit any advertisement of Tenant which in Landlord’s opinion tends to impair the reputation of the Building or its desirability as a Building for offices or for financial, insurance or other institutions and businesses of like nature, and upon written notice from Landlord, Tenant shall refrain from and discontinue such advertisement; (c)if any such sign or advertisement is nevertheless exhibited by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to remove the same and Tenant shall be liable for any and all expenses incurred by Landlord in said removal; (d) Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight and method of installation and position of safes or other heavy fixtures or equipment and Tenant will not install in the Premises any fixtures, equipment or machinery that will place a load upon any floor exceeding the floor load per square foot area which such floor was designed to carry; and (e) all damage done to the Building by taking in or removing a safe or any other article of Tenant’s office equipment, or due to its being in the Premises, shall be repaired at the expense of Tenant. No freight, furniture or other bulky matter of any description will be received into the Building or carried in the elevators, except as approved by Landlord. All moving of furniture, material and equipment shall be under the direct control and supervision of Landlord, who shall, however, not be responsible for any damage to or charges for moving same. Tenant agrees promptly to remove from the public area adjacent to the Building any of Tenant’s merchandise there delivered or deposited. Tenant hereby agrees to purchase a door sign and directory strips in accordance with Landlord’s sign specifications.
Signs. Lessee shall not place on any exterior door, wall or window of the Premises any sign or advertising matter without Lessor’s prior written consent and the approval of the [Municipality]. Thereafter, Lessee agrees to maintain such sign or advertising matter as first approved by Lessor in good condition and repair. Furthermore, Lessee shall conform to any uniform reasonable sign plan or policy that the Lessor may introduce with respect to the building. Upon vacating the Premises, Lessee agrees to remove all signs and to repair all damages caused or resulting from such removal.

Signs. Lessee shall not place any sign upon the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent except that Lessee shall have the right, without the prior permission of Lessor to place ordinary and usual for rent or sublet signs thereon.
Signs. Lessee shall have the right to install and maintain a sign or signs advertising Lessee's business, provided that the signs conform to law, and further provided that the sign or signs conform specifically to the written requirements of the appropriate governmental authorities.
