Programing. If programming has been selected your program staff will meet you at the dining hall, unless otherwise communicated with you. If arts and crafts are part of your program we ask that you cover the tables before use. If meals are being provided by camp please aim to be on-time so that your food will be ready. If for any reason your meal schedule needs to change please contact the kitchen staff. Program Areas Year-round: -The following programs MUST have a Brébeuf staff member present to give introductions, rules and ensure that everyone is participating properly and safely: Archery, High ropes, Low ropes, Rock wall, Swimming and Canoeing. -Weekend groups are not permitted to use any of these areas, regardless of their outside training or experiences, without a Brébeuf staff member. -Outside of scheduled programming times, no one should be on or around the program areas. Low ropes and rock wall are our most accessible program areas, but they should not be used or attempted without guidance and instruction from a trained Brébeuf staff member. The rock wall is not meant for free climbing or bouldering at any time. -The rules are based on our own, in-house operational procedures. Please respect and follow these rules. Again non- adherence to these rules may affect future bookings at camp. Winter Specific: -Tobogganing should only be done on our main hill in front of the office/tuck shop, heading down towards the cabins. Tobogganing is done at the groups own risk. Toboggans CANNOT be used at night or in poor visibility -Cross country skis, snowshoeing may be used with a Brébeuf staff present. -Low ropes, high ropes and rock wall are off limits during the winter season. -Before going out on the ice, check with your host staff to ensure the ice is thick enough for use. Do not allow anyone to go down to the pond on their own. -No type of rifle/gun activities are allowed. Please note because of our OCA accreditation we do not have these programs available at our site. Please do not bring your own equipment onto the site for this activity as it is still against our policy. This also includes pellet and paint ball guns. Poor weather: -We still run programming, rain or shine, but will be accommodating for heavy downpours. -If there is lightning or thunder everyone must stay indoors until there have been 10 minutes without thunder. Programing. This part of the management cycle involves formulating program alternatives based upon the results of steps A and B above.   • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Vendor agrees that any images, photos, writing, audio, clip art, music, or any other intellectual property (“Property”) or Vendor Data utilized, provided, or approved by Vendor during the course of the joint marketing efforts are either the exclusive property of Vendor, or Vendor has all necessary rights, license, and permissions to utilize said Property in the joint marketing efforts. Vendor agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless TIPS and its employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, assignees, designees, and TIPS Members from any and all claims, damages, and judgments involving infringement of patent, copyright, trade secrets, trade or services marks, and any other intellectual or intangible property rights and/or claims arising from the Vendor’s (including Vendor’s officers’, employees’, agents’, Authorized Resellers’, subcontractors’, licensees’, or invitees’) unauthorized use or distribution of Vendor Data and Property.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article.
