GPS Unit definition

GPS Unit means a global or local positioning system unit that is able to determine and track a Player’s precise location and is suitable to be worn during exercise.
GPS Unit means a device with electronic global positioning and tracking capabilities, fitted within the Vehicle and used by IDrive Rentals to (amongst other things) track, locate the vehicle, and track the kilometres travelled by the Vehicle. Insurer means an APRA approved licensed insurer.

Examples of GPS Unit in a sentence

  • Should a GPS Unit be damaged or lost, Customer shall be responsible for the cost of its replacement.

  • Global Positioning System (GPS) Unit for use with rental vehicles shall be loaded with up-to-date maps of the local area.

  • Customer shall not remove, disable or in any way interfere with the operation of any GPS-tracking equipment (each, a "GPS Unit") that may be on a Trailer.
