The Phase I's shall be prepared by the Environmental Company so that they may be relied upon by both Seller and Purchaser.
The cost of such Phase I's and Asbestos Surveys shall be borne by the Seller.
German American shall be responsible for the costs of the Phase I's and German American and CF Bank shall each be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the costs of any Phase II's.
