Marketing definition

Marketing means any communication from a PHP to a potential member who is not enrolled in the PHP that can reasonably be interpreted as intended to compel or entice the potential members to enroll in that particular PHP;
Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;
