Hosting definition

Hosting means the act of providing service and access to Client Content by the Internet.
Hosting or “Hosted” means the storing of software applications on a hosting provider’s servers, allowing customers to access a software solution or application through the internet.
Hosting means Epoch Hosting, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Examples of Hosting in a sentence

  • The Fund and/or the Underwriter shall pay the Website Hosting Fee to the Company within 15 business days after the end of the calendar quarter.

  • These reimbursements are in addition to, and not part of or in lieu of, the Website Hosting Fee specified above.

  • The Website Hosting Fee shall be assessed and communicated by the Company to the Underwriter and/or Fund on a quarterly basis.

  • From time to time, the Parties shall review the Website Hosting Fee to determine whether it reasonably approximates the Company’s incurred and anticipated costs (both ‘soft’ internal costs and ‘hard’ external costs) of posting, maintaining, and managing the Fund Documents on the website hosted by the Company.

  • The Underwriter and/or Fund shall bear the documented costs of posting, maintaining, and managing the Fund Documents on the website hosted by the Company through the payment of a quarterly Website Hosting Fee to the Company.
