Open Field definition

Open Field means all fields not in the Company Field, the SpinCo Field or the Joint Field.
Open Field means any single disease field [***].
Open Field means any location in a well ventilated cleared area that is at least 200 feet in all directions from any wooded area or occupied building(s), and 100 feet from any public road.
