Personal and Compassionate Leave. 15.1 Personal leave (including xxxxx’s and sick) will consist of 10 days of paid absence per annum after 12 month’s of service.
Personal and Compassionate Leave. The Company may allow an employee a leave of absence without pay, for compassionate or personal reasons, not limited to traveling abroad to country of origin. Such leave will require prior written approval by the Company and an employee request must be submitted in writing as far in advance as possible.

Personal and Compassionate Leave. 10.1 Paid personal leave is available to an Employee when they are absent: • due to personal illness or injury (sick leave); or • for the purposes of caring for an immediate family or household member who is sick and requires an Employee's care and support (carer's leave); or • for an unexpected emergency affecting the member; or • because of the serious illness, injury or death of an immediate family or household member (bereavement leave).

Personal and Compassionate Leave. 5.3.1 Full-time employees are entitled to 10 days paid personal leave (which includes both sick and carers leave) as per the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions (AFPC) Standard. Personal leave accrues on a pro-rata basis for each completed 4 week period of employment, this will be credited to the employee monthly and unused personal leave is cumulative. In addition each employee is entitled to 2 days unpaid emergency carers leave, 2 days paid compassionate leave and 12 months unpaid parental leave per annum, these are not cumulative.
