Pay for Holiday Work. (a) Overtime shall be paid for all work performed during holidays at the rates hereinafter specified.
Pay for Holiday Work. If a 37.5 hour employee is assigned to work on one of the foregoing days observed by the Village as a holiday, the employee shall be paid his regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on said holiday. In addition, the employee shall be paid, if he meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2, his regular pay for the day in question. This section shall not be applicable to any holiday designated as a floater as provided above.
Pay for Holiday Work. Nurses who work on a designated holiday will 2 receive time and one-half hourly pay if the hours are not otherwise covered 3 at the overtime rate. The holidays are celebrated on a twenty-four (24) hour 4 basis as follows: 5 The holiday starts at 11:00 p.m. on the day before the holiday.
Pay for Holiday Work. Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for work performed on holidays, in addition to the holiday pay.
Pay for Holiday Work. An eligible clerical or custodial employee shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the holidays listed in Article 20.
Pay for Holiday Work. If an employee is scheduled to work on a holiday, the employee shall be paid double time the hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on said holiday. In addition, the employee shall be paid, if he/she meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 11.2, his/her regular pay for the day in question.
Pay for Holiday Work. Employees who are required to work on a holiday listed in Section 8.1 shall be paid time and one-half for hours actually worked on such holiday in addition to their holiday pay.
Pay for Holiday Work. 18.1 Nurses who work on a holiday will receive 1 ½ times their base rate of pay for the hours worked on the holiday. Nurses who are called back on a holiday will also receive 1 ½ times their base rate of pay for each hour worked.
Pay for Holiday Work. If the School requires an employee to work on one of the observed holidays designated under Section 1 of this Article, said employee shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times his regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours actually worked on said holiday in cash or compensatory time at the discretion of the non-bargaining unit supervisor. Compensatory time off shall be scheduled by mutual agreement with the non- bargaining unit supervisor, considering the operational needs of the School. Accrued compensatory time shall be used within 60 days of the employee earning it. If the compensatory time can not be used within the 60 days, the School shall pay the compensatory time at the appropriate rate. In addition, the employee shall receive his regular pay for the holiday, providing the employee meets the eligibility requirements under Section 12.4 of this Article.

Work performed by bargaining unit members on legal or declared holidays shall be considered as overtime without regard to the number of hours worked on other days of that week and shall be compensated in accordance with the overtime provisions of the salary schedule (See Article 7,
