HOLIDAYS SHALL BE. Regular days off as provided in Section A of Article VIII.
HOLIDAYS SHALL BE. New Year's Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day following Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Should any of these holidays fall on Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered a legal holiday. If a holiday falls on Saturday, the previous Friday shall be considered a legal holiday. Should an employee be required to work on Presidential Election Day, arrangements shall be made to allow him ample time to vote. However, the Employer will not be required to pay for any time not worked.
