OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The seller agrees that the following terms and conditions will be applicable thereto. If seller refuses to accept this order exactly as written, he will return it at once with explanation. Purchaser will not be responsible for any goods delivered without purchase order. Seller will deliver no invoices to purchaser’s employees. Properly certified invoices should be submitted to the City of Columbia Accounting Division, X.X. Xxx 000, Xxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000 at the prices stipulated on the contract at the time the order is placed, after delivery and acceptance of goods, less deductions if any, as provided, invoices shall contain the Contract Number and Purchase Order Number. The City of Columbia will not pay invoices submitted from a third party. Invoices shall be submitted by the company shown on the Purchase Order. In the event of seller’s failure to deliver as and when specified or to perform as and when specified, purchaser reserves the right to cancel this order, or any part thereof, without prejudice to its other rights, and seller agrees that purchaser may return part or all of any shipment so made and may charger seller with any loss or expense sustained as result of such failure to deliver or to perform.

These will either be made available at the time of booking, on request, before entry to a venue or before use of service. Events Travel and Xxxxxxx.Xxxx will not provide any refunds, exchanges or credits if a traveller breaches the terms and conditions of an event, venue or service provider and is ejected, refused entry or has a ticket cancelled.

OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Customer and Customer User understands that Customer has been authorized by COMPANY to provide services to Customer User in the Service and Customer has a separate agreement with COMPANY that also governs Customer User’s use of the Service, including the underlying software Order Form and Service Agreement, which is incorporated here by reference and shall apply to the Services provided hereunder in addition to these terms. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control. Customer User acknowledges that Customer User is only being provided access to the Service at the request of Customer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement. Customer and Customer User acknowledge that certain terms and conditions of third-party service providers may also apply, as provided for in this Agreement.
OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1.1 Please understand that each entity that has been authorized by Grass Valley to use the SaaS Services (each, a “SaaS Services Subscriber”) has an agreement with Grass Valley that also governs your use of the SaaS Services (the “Software as a Service Terms and Conditions”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable Software as a Service Terms and Conditions, the Software as a Service Terms and Conditions shall control. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, all capitalized terms which are defined in the Software as a Service Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning assigned thereto in these Terms, all of such definitions being incorporated herein by reference.
