Event Ticketing. See Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof. Seating capacity for guests is 3,776.
Event Ticketing. Subject to City's obligation to provide box office computer systems hardware and software, Operator shall establish and manage an event ticketing operation in the DPAC, consistent with the Operating Standards, which shall include telephone, internet and window sales. All Events shall be required to exclusively use these services for ticket sales except for events or functions staged in the DPAC by business and civic groups that rent the DPAC for their private use. The Operator shall use its best efforts to ensure that the box office hours of operation are of sufficient quantity to ensure accessibility by potential DPAC patrons.
Event Ticketing. Event Ticketing is offered by Network for Good subject to the following:
Event Ticketing. The Event Services allow you to create Events and to sell tickets, receive payments, and to track ticket usage at Events. Event Ticketing is provided through the Services and in conjunction with our Payment Processor, currently Stripe, but as may be amended by us from time to time.
