Cloud Customer definition

Cloud Customer means a Customer that is subscribed to Cloud Services under an order.
Cloud Customer mainly referred to in this document as “you” means the individual or legal entity that applied via the Application Form to become a Catalyst Cloud customer, and has been accepted as such by Catalyst;
Cloud Customer means Customer when Customer is subscribed to Cloud Services. “Cloud Services” shall mean the cloud-based services provided by iManage.

  • Using Graylog Cloud, Customer gains the functionality of the Graylog Enterprise platform using a cloud service that is delivered and managed by Graylog.

  • Genesys will provide support for the Cloud Services as described at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/articles/contact-genesys-cloud- care/ (Genesys Cloud Customer Care) and ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/articles/service-level-agreements/ (Genesys Cloud Service Level Agreement), and security for the Cloud Services in accordance with the terms at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/wp- content/uploads/2021/11/Unified_Cloud_Security_Policy_for_Choice_3-Nov-21.pdf, which terms are incorporated herein by reference.

  • If a Cloud Customer also orders the MTH Service, SnapStream shall provide Customer with access to the MTH Service during the Term.

  • Qlik will, as necessary to enable the Customer to meet its obligations under Data Protection Law, provide the Customer via availability of Qlik Cloud with the ability to access, retrieve, correct and delete through to the Termination Date its Qlik Cloud Customer Content in Qlik Cloud.

  • The Customer acknowledges that Qlik may maintain backups of Qlik Cloud Customer Content, which would remain in place for approximately third (30) days following a deletion in Qlik Cloud.

  • Subject to Customer’s obligations in Section 4 regarding Qlik Cloud Customer Content, Qlik agrees to make any amendment(s) to PHI in a Designated Record Set that the Covered Entity directs or agrees to pursuant to 45 C.F.R. § 164.526 at the request of Covered Entity or an Individual, and in the time and manner reasonably designated by the Covered Entity.
