Service Terms and Conditions definition

Service Terms and Conditions means the additional terms and conditions specific to the Services, as described in the relevant Service Agreement.
Service Terms and Conditions means the Quotation Terms and Conditions, the Purchase Order Terms and the terms contained in Part A (Interpretation), Part B (Order and Payment Terms), Part D (Service Terms and Conditions) and Part E (General Product and Service Terms and Conditions) hereof;

Service Terms and Conditions means a document entitled “Service Terms and Conditions” which describes the nature of a Service being purchased and any specific terms which apply to Services of that type.
