Customer Subscription Sample Clauses
Customer Subscription. Each Customer shall have the right to subscribe for Landscape Waste/Food Scrap collection service from the Contractor for a flat monthly rate that covers up to ten (10) metal or plastic containers or biodegradable paper “Kraft”-type bags, each container or bag not to exceed a capacity of 32 gallons. If the Customer places more than 10 containers or bags for collection, the Contractor shall have no obligation to collect the Landscape Waste/Food Scrap from the additional containers unless the Customer has affixed a Landscape Waste Sticker thereto.
Customer Subscription. The Customer will subscribe for specific services and/ or transaction types and its profile shall be customised to allow performance of only those Services subscribed for.
Customer Subscription. Classwell will provide subscription educational services (“Premium Services”) in accordance with the Terms of Use posted on its website. Classwell grants to Licensed Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to access and use the Premium Services. “

ii. Calculation of the average volume of service received per: Single-Family Dwelling Unit (separately identifying Dwelling Units in a duplex, triplex, or fourplex); Multi-Family Dwelling Unit; and Commercial Customer.
2. A summary of Customer subscription data, including the number of accounts; the number of Customers subscribing to each Cart and Bin Service Level listed separately for Single- Family, Multi-Family, and Commercial and separately for each type of Discarded Material; and the number of Bulky Items Collections performed.
