LOGISTIC SERVICES. 5.2.1 SOLECTRON shall manage the 3PL on behalf of WAVECOM and ensure WAVECOM that the 3PL delivers the Products to WAVECOM’s designated location according to the terms and conditions of the Outbound Routing Guide and requirements of the Sales Order. SOLECTRON shall not modify the Outbound Routing Guide without WAVECOM’s prior written consent. SOLECTRON shall maintain the Outbound Routine Guide and promptly distribute to WAVECOM and 3PL when there is an updated version available. SOLECTRON shall execute logistic services that are agreed in the Outbound Routing Guide and shall inform and instruct the 3PL in accordance with such Outbound Routing Guide.
LOGISTIC SERVICES. 6.2.1. TRANSPORTATION. COOSEMUPAR will have the option, if it requires it, to contract the transport of the bananas to be exported under the international fruit purchase contract, through an entity affiliated to PAFCO that offers logistic services in Panama. If COOSEMUPAR decides to contract the transport on their own, the transportation company must fulfill all requirements established by the fruit buyer with respect to quality and safety in transportation in order to protect the fruit, the chassis and the containers. COOSEMUPAR agrees to honor PAFCO's current transport contracts which will expire at the end of November, 2003.
LOGISTIC SERVICES. Yonghui Superstores or its subsidiaries agreed to provide logistic services, including but not limited to providing delivery services, allocation services and dealing with the return of goods within the city of Shanghai, and providing delivery services and warehousing services outside the city of Shanghai, to the Group on a non-exclusive basis. The provision of delivery services refers to the delivery of goods by Yonghui Superstores to the Group at the various outlets of the Group and the provision of warehousing services refers to the delivery of goods into the warehouse, storage at the warehouse and retrieval of goods from the warehouse. The business departments of the parties will enter into individual logistic services contracts setting out specific terms of services including price, settlement method, payment arrangement and time for payment. Such terms will be consistent with the principles and the terms of the Logistic Framework Agreement. If there is any conflict between the terms of an individual logistic services contract and the Logistic Framework Agreement, the latter shall prevail.
LOGISTIC SERVICES. The Seller shall pay Service Provider the applicable fees (including storage, fulfillment, removal and disposal fees) set out in the Schedule II. The Seller shall be charged the Storage Fees beginning on the day (up to midnight) that the Unit arrives at the Site Fulfilment Centre and is available for fulfillment by the Service Provider (or in the case of any Unsuitable Unit, the arrival day (up to midnight)), until the earlier of: (a) the day (up to midnight) the Service Provider receives a valid customer order for such product or a request from the Seller to return or dispose of or destroy the Unit; or (b) the day (up to midnight) the Service Provider actually ships the Unit to the Seller’s designated return location or dispose of or destroy the Unit.

  • Specific Services Contractor agrees to furnish the following services: Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A”.   • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.
