Storage Fees. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx charges storage fees for Precious Metals as follows:
Storage Fees. A storage fee will be applied monthly up to the maximum allowed by law on all repaired and overhauled units if delivery is not taken within five (5) days of notification.
Storage Fees. (A) For the first Lease Year, Lessee shall pay Lessor annual rent at the rate of *** per barrel per year (the “Base Storage Rental Rate”) for the volume leased under this Lease. Commencing with the first day of the second Lease Year, and on the first day of each subsequent Lease Year, the annual rent shall be adjusted as follows: one-half of the Base Storage Rental Rate shall remain fixed, and one-half shall be revised annually based on a seasonally adjusted implicit price deflator in order to determine a new rental rate known as the “Adjusted Rental Rate.” The Adjusted Rental Rate shall be determined in accordance with the following formula: *** per barrel + [*** per barrel X Annual Index / Base Index] = Adjusted Rental Rate Where: “Base Index” is the final seasonally adjusted implicit price deflator figure for the calendar year 2005 under the Gross Domestic Product column of the “Implicit Price Deflators for Gross Domestic Product” table (2000=100); and
Storage Fees. Lessor for the storage, handling, and services of Lessor an annual rental as set forth in the attached Schedule 1. All minimum rentals are payable in full regardless of whether or not Lessee actually uses the amount of storage made available hereunder. All of Lessee’s Product must be removed from storage no later than the last day of the term of this Lease, subject to the payment of accrued rental and other charges and the other terms, provisions, and conditions of this Lease. The rate for storage of any Product remaining in storage past the last day of the term of this Lease shall be *** per barrel per month or any portion thereof, payable in advance on the first day of each month in the same manner and at the same place as set forth in Section 15.
Storage Fees. 9.3.1 ABX shall charge a Monthly Storage Fee on Liquidity Provider’s Bullion Account in accordance with Clause 19.1.
Storage Fees. A vehicle stored/impounded 24 hours or less shall be charged no more than one day storage. If a vehicle is released from storage after 24 hours has elapsed, charges may be allowed on a full, calendar- day basis for each day of storage, or part thereof. The storage rate shall be determined by the class of vehicle that was towed.
Storage Fees. 19.3.1 Monthly Storage Fees shall be calculated daily, invoiced monthly, in arrears, calculated by the sum of the Daily Storage Fees for the previous calendar month. Monthy Storage Fee = Daily Storage Fee
Storage Fees. If Client fails to take delivery of any Product on any scheduled delivery date, Catalent shall store such Product and Client shall be invoiced monthly following such scheduled delivery for reasonable administration and storage costs as specified in Attachment D.
Storage Fees. Goods ready for dispatch and not released by Buyer may be subject to monthly storage fees at a minimum rate of two percent (2%) of the Goods value. Additionally, if Buyer requests deferral of shipment, or fails to provide information, material or documentation required by this Agreement and as a result Goods are placed in storage, storage fees will commence immediately following the scheduled ship date unless extended in writing. These charges will be invoiced to Buyer separately from the actual shipment and shall be paid in full by Buyer within thirty (30) days of date of invoice.
Storage Fees. Customer is responsible for storage charges as specified in Attachment “C” for Product stored for more than **** (****) calendar days beyond BVL’s release of such Product the “Temporary Storage Period”. Storage beyond the Temporary Storage period of Product in BVL’s warehousing Facilities must receive prior written approval from BVL. Such approval will be granted only on a space-available basis. At the expiration of the Temporary Storage Period, BVL shall ship the Product to Customer at Customer’s cost at the Customer’s shipping address listed on the applicable Purchase Order. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, at no time shall Customer incur or be responsible to pay any storage charges if the reason for such storage is an investigation pursuant to Paragraphs 3.5 or 3.6.
