Return Location definition

Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.
Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Customer Contract.
Return Location means the location that Guest is to return the Vehicle to, as specified in the rental contract.

Examples of Return Location in a sentence

  • In the event of any unauthorised extension to the Return Date, JUCY reserves the right to charge the current daily rental rate for each day until the Vehicle is returned and an additional late return fee of up to $500 In the event of any unauthorised change to the Return Location, JUCY reserves the right to charge an additional relocation fee of up to $500.

  • Subject to the change of the Return Location being approved, an additional minimum charge of NZ$750 including GST will apply.

  • If a reservation, Return Location, category or Vehicle type, Collection Point, Start Date or Return Date is amended before collection by the Hirer, the applicable rate for the Vehicle may, at the absolute discretion of JUCY be re-calculated to the new rate applicable, at the time of the amendment; the Hirer will be advised of any change in the rate at the time.

  • In the event of any unauthorised change to the Return Location, the Hirer shall pay a relocation fee as determined by JUCY acting reasonably but in any event not over $500.

  • The Hirer shall at or before the expiry of the Term of Hire, deliver the Vehicle (including Vehicle keys) to the branch or Return Location stated in the Rental Agreement, or, subject to these Terms and Conditions, obtain JUCY’s consent to the amendment or continuation of the hire.

Return Location has the meaning provided in Clause 17.1.
Return Location has the meaning given to such term in Section 6.1 hereof.

In the event LESSOR directs LESSEE to return the Aircraft in the western continental United States, LESSOR shall pay LESSEE's ferry costs (including the cost of fuel, which cost to LESSOR shall be the same cost as charged to LESSEE at the point of fueling) from Honolulu to such location (unless the Aircraft is being returned due to the occurrence of an Event of Default).
Return Location shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.1.
