Specific Services definition

Specific Services means services, activities, studies and projects of a technical nature, as well as computer services, carried out or procured by the Affiliate at the Operator’s specific request under a purchase order procedure, for the benefit of Petroleum Operations. Specific Services shall also mean studies and specific tasks such as, administrative, accounting, financial, procurement and legal services when requested by Operator under a purchase order; and Specific Services shall be charged at cost in accordance with the tariffs and price lists established each Year by the head office Affiliate and approved by the JMC or BOD for each Calendar Year.

Specific Services means the services supplied by the Company pursuant to the Supplementary Terms but excluding the Professional Services and Maintenance Services;

Specific Services range of additional services offered by the Operator, more specifically the Registration of Vessels, laytime extension, or study into Cargo Send-Out (off spec), as detailed in a catalogue of services published on the Operator's website.
