Development Services means, with respect to any Qualified Facility, the provision (through retained professionals or otherwise) of development, design or construction services with respect to such Qualified Facility.

Development Services means activi- ties that promote community develop- ment and are integral to the Appli- cant’s provision of Financial Products and Financial Services. Such services shall prepare or assist current or po- tential borrowers or investees to uti- lize the Financial Products or Finan- cial Services of the Applicant.
