Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

Basic Services means the Services listed under the heading “Basic Services” within Schedule A and the services set forth in this Agreement, excluding the schedules and appendices hereto.

More Definitions of Basic Services

Basic Services means all responsibilities assigned to the Design Professional in this Agreement, except those specifically designated "Extra Services and Special Cases" in Article 6. The Basic Services include those services which are necessary or appropriate to fully design all aspects of the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, as part of the Design Professional's Basic Services, the Design Professional will complete on a timely basis the requirements of §3.2 through §3.6, including associated civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and all architectural design, security, energy management, vertical transportation, interior design, landscape design, movable equipment planning, building storage, and any other design and engineering services necessary to produce a set of Construction Documents that are complete, consistent, accurate, adequate and buildable.

Basic Services means those services designated as such in a Work Order.

Basic Services are any Basic Flat Fee Services, any Basic Unit Price Services, and any Basic T&M Services and all other obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement, except for the obligation to provide Additional Services. Details of a Basic Service not explicitly stated in this Agreement, but necessarily attendant to services so stated, are acknowledged by the Contractor to be included as a part of the Basic Services.

Basic Services is defined in Section III.B.1.

Basic Services means the supply of electricity, water, sewerage, stormwater, drainage and road access, in accordance with the requirements of the Municipality;

Basic Services means the services which the Consultant is required to perform as identified under Schedule A of this Agreement.

Basic Services means the services provided by ExED as selected by Client and described in Schedule A.
