Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded via email an Auction Real Estate Sales Contract to purchase the property. A signed copy of the Auction Real Estate Sales Contract must be received by United Country | Blue Ridge Land and Auction no later than 24 hours from the time said Purchase Contract was sent to the winning bidder. The Auction Real Estate Sales Contract may be e-signed, hand delivered, faxed, or scanned and emailed. PURCHASE CONTRACT. PURCHASE CONTRACT. Borrower has delivered to Lender a true and complete copy of the Purchase Contract, including all amendments and modifications thereto and there are no agreements or understandings between the parties thereto except as set forth in such Purchase Contract.

I. REALTY I, L.P., d/b/a WESTERN INTERNATIONAL, a Texas limited partnership (“Western”), with its principal office at 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000.
