PURCHASE CONTRACT. This PURCHASE CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into as of September 10, 2010, by and between METTAWHITE, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Seller”) with a principal office at 0000 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 and APPLE NINE HOSPITALITY OWNERSHIP, INC., a Virginia corporation, with its principal office at 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 (“Buyer”)

PURCHASE CONTRACT. This PURCHASE CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth in Item 1 of Schedule 1 by and between the persons and entities set forth in Item 2(a) of Schedule 1 (each, an “Interest Owner” and, collectively, the “Interest Owners”), with an address c/o Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc., 0000 Xxxx Xxxxx Circle, P.O. Box 5566, Dothan, Alabama 36302; the entity set forth in Item 2(b) of Schedule 1 (the “Company”), with its principal office c/o Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc., 0000 Xxxx Xxxxx Circle, P.O. Box 5566, Dothan, Alabama 36302; and APPLE SEVEN HOSPITALITY OWNERSHIP, INC., a Virginia corporation, with its principal office at 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, or its affiliates or assigns (“Buyer”).

PURCHASE CONTRACT. Winning bidder hereby agrees to enter into the Real Estate Auction Purchase Contract which has been approved by the Seller, immediately upon being declared the Successful Bidder by the Auctioneer. Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded via email an Auction Real Estate Sales Contract to purchase the property. A signed copy of the Auction Real Estate Sales Contract must be received by United Country | Blue Ridge Land and Auction no later than 24 hours from the time said Purchase Contract was sent to the winning bidder. The Auction Real Estate Sales Contract may be e-signed, hand delivered, faxed, or scanned and emailed. A sample purchase contract is available for review online prior to placing any bids in the auction.

PURCHASE CONTRACT. Borrower has delivered to Lender a true and complete copy of the Purchase Contract, including all amendments and modifications thereto and there are no agreements or understandings between the parties thereto except as set forth in such Purchase Contract.

Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded via email a Purchase Contract to Purchase the property. A signed copy of the Purchase Contract must be received by United Country – Kansas City Auction and Realty no later than 24 hours from the time said Purchase Contract was sent to the winning bidder. The Purchase Contract may be (hand delivered, faxed, or scanned and emailed).

PURCHASE CONTRACT. The winning Bidder hereby agrees to enter into the REAL PROPERTY AUCTION PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT which has been approved by the Seller, immediately upon being declared the successful Bidder by the Auctioneer. A. Upon the close of the auction the winning Bidder will be forwarded via email the Real Property Auction Purchase and Sales Contract to purchase the property. B. A signed copy of the Real Property Auction Purchase and Sales Contract must be received by United Country - Broker Associates no later than 24 hours from the time the Purchase Contract was sent to the winning Bidder. C. The Real Property Auction Purchase and Sales Contract will be prepared and emailed by the Auctioneer using Authentisign for electronic signatures. Bidder must have an email. D. A sample purchase contract is available upon request for review prior to placing any bids in the auction.

I. REALTY I, L.P., d/b/a WESTERN INTERNATIONAL, a Texas limited partnership (“Western”), with its principal office at 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000.

PURCHASE CONTRACT. Winning bidder hereby agrees to execute a Purchase Contract for the property immediately upon being declared the Successful Bidder by the Auctioneer. Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded via email or hand delivered a Real Estate Purchase Contract to purchase the property. A signed copy of the Purchase Contract must be received by United Country – AgTeam Land Brokers no later than 72 hours from the time said Purchase Contract was sent to the winning bidder. The Purchase Contract may be hand delivered or scanned & emailed. A sample purchase contract is available for review online prior to placing any bids in the auction.
