Transitional Services definition

Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
Transitional Services means Transitional Administrative Services and Transitional Clinical Services.
Transitional Services means the services to be provided by the relevant members of the Seller’s Group in accordance with the Transitional Services Agreement.

  • Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release.

  • From the Effective Date up to and including December 31, 2001, Reuters will be compensated by SAVVIS for the Services as provided in Section 5.01 of the Transitional Services Agreement.

  • Buyer shall promptly reimburse Seller for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and any incremental costs and expenses necessary to provide Transitional Services.

Transitional Services has the meaning set forth in Section 5.24.
