Time for Payment. In the event that the term of this Lease commences on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, on the date of commencement of the term hereof Tenant shall pay to Landlord as rent for the period from such date of commencement to the first day of the next succeeding calendar month that proportion of the monthly rent hereunder which the number of days between such date of commencement and the first day of the next succeeding calendar month bears to thirty (30). In the event that the term of this Lease for any reason ends on a date other than the last day of a calendar month, on the first day of the last calendar month of the term hereof Tenant shall pay to Landlord as rent for the period from said first day of said last calendar month to and including the last day of the term hereof that proportion of the monthly rent hereunder which the number of days between said first day of said last calendar month and the last day of the term hereof bears to thirty (30).
Time for Payment. Interconnection Customer must provide the additional Security, in a form and with terms as required by Section 212.4, within 15 days after its receipt of Transmission Provider’s notice under this section. The requirement for additional Security under this section shall be treated as a milestone included in the Interconnection Service Agreement pursuant to Section 212.5.
Time for Payment. The Company will pay the estimated amount of the Gross Up Payment in cash to Executive at such time or times when the Excise Tax is due. Executive and the Company agree to reasonably cooperate in the determination of the actual amount of the Gross Up Payment. Further, Executive and the Company agree to make such adjustments to the estimated amount of the Gross Up Payment as may be necessary to equal the actual amount of the Gross Up Payment, which in the case of Executive will refer to refunds of prior overpayments and in the case of the Company will refer to makeup of prior underpayments.
Time for Payment. You will be paid your cash Severance Benefits within five days after you become entitled to Severance Benefits under this Agreement (e.g., within five days following your termination of employment). If the amount you are due cannot be finally determined within that period, you will receive the minimum amount to which you are clearly entitled, as estimated in good faith by the Company. The Company will pay the balance you are due (together with interest at the rate provided in Internal Revenue Code Section 1274(b)(2)(B)) as soon as the amount can be determined, but in no event later than 30 days after you terminate employment. If your estimated payment exceeds the amount you are due, the excess will be a loan to you, which you must repay to the Company within five business days after demand by the Company (together with interest at the rate provided in Code Section 1274(b)(2)(B)).
Time for Payment. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.04(b), any indemnity payment required to be made pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid within thirty days after the indemnified party makes written demand upon the indemnifying party, provided that in no event shall such payment be required to be made earlier than five business days prior to the date on which the relevant Taxes (including estimated Taxes) are required to be paid (or would be required to be paid if no such Taxes are due) to the relevant Tax Authority. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, to simplify the administration of this Agreement, the payment of any amount less than $100,000 required to be made pursuant to this Agreement by one party hereto to another party hereto need not be made to such other party prior to thirty days following the later of (i) the close of the calendar quarter during which such payment obligation arose and (ii) the day during such calendar quarter when the aggregate amount of all such less than $100,000 payment obligations arising during such calendar quarter exceeds $500,000. Unless otherwise specified by the recipient for items exceeding $250,000, any such payment may be made on a net Tax basis (i.e., reduced to take account of any net Tax benefit to be realized by the recipient (computed at the effective Tax rate set forth in Section 3.04(c)) to the extent such recipient is entitled to a corresponding deduction.
Time for Payment. Price Differential with respect to any Purchased Asset shall be due and payable on the Payment Date occurring in the second month following the related Purchase Date and thereafter on each subsequent Payment Date. On the date that the Repurchase Price for such Purchased Asset is paid, all accrued Price Differential not otherwise paid by the Seller with respect to such Purchased Asset shall be due and payable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 2.6(b), in the event the Asset Value of any Purchased Asset is marked to zero and Seller requests Buyer to release its security interest in such Purchased Asset or any Purchased Items related thereto, Buyer shall not release any such security interest therein unless and until Seller shall have paid to Buyer the Repurchase Price for such Purchased Asset.
Time for Payment. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 14, and except as otherwise expressly stated herein, benefits payable pursuant to this Section 6, if any, shall be paid within sixty (60) days following Executive’s termination of employment.
Time for Payment. Accrued interest for each Purchase Price shall be due and payable on each Payment Date which occurs prior to the date on which the Repurchase Price is paid. On the date that the Repurchase Price is paid, all accrued interest not otherwise paid by Seller shall be due and payable.
Time for Payment. MVSU will make payments for all amounts owed under the Agreement no later than forty-five (45) days after receipt of the invoice and receipt, inspection and approval of the goods or services in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. § 31-7-305. No invoice shall be considered past due or late until the 45th day after receipt in accord with Miss. Code Xxx. § 31-7-305(3). MVSU makes no prepayments for services or products. See Miss. Op. Att’y Gen., Xxxxxxx (August 18, 2008).
Time for Payment. If the Secured Party demands payment of any Obligations which are payable on demand or if any Obligations are otherwise due by maturity or acceleration, it will be considered reasonable for the Secured Party to exercise its remedies immediately if such payment is not made, and any days of grace or any time for payment which might otherwise be required to be afforded to the Debtor by applicable law is hereby irrevocably waived.
