Disposal Fees definition

Disposal Fees bears the meaning assigned to that term in clause 20.2;
Disposal Fees means the Solid Waste Disposal Fees charged by the County for disposal of Solid Waste delivered to any of the County’s disposal facilities.
Disposal Fees means any and all costs associated with the disposal of products from the warehouse. This shall include, but not be limited to, the costs of hiring an external disposal contractor.
