License Fees and Payment. Licensee shall pay to MyECheck the license fees for the Software set forth in Exhibit A (the "License Fees"). All fees hereunder exclude all applicable sales, use, value-added, property and other taxes, including duties and similar mandatory payments, and Licensee will be responsible for payment of all such taxes (other than taxes based on MyECheck's net income), and any related penalties and interest, arising from the payment of such fees, the delivery or license of the Software, or the provision of any services to Licensee. All amounts under this Agreement are in U.S. dollars and payment must be made in such. Licensee will make all payments of amounts due under this Agreement to MyECheck free and clear of, and without reduction for, any withholding taxes. If Licensee is legally required to make any such withholding from any payment due to MyECheck under this Agreement, the sum payable by Licensee upon which such withholding is based shall be increased to the extent necessary to ensure that, after such withholding, MyECheck receives an amount equal to the amount MyECheck would have received in the absence of such withholding. Licensee will provide MyECheck with official receipts issued by the appropriate taxing authority, or such other evidence as MyECheck may reasonably request, to establish that such taxes have been paid. MyECheck reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts at a rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less, from the due date until paid plus reasonable costs incurred in collection (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
License Fees and Payment. In consideration for the License granted under this Agreement, VENDOR agrees to pay to MLS the license fees and other fees described on the attached Appendix A to this Agreement (the Fees). The Fees shall be payable as provided on Appendix A. VENDOR and Authorized Subscribers shall be responsible for their own expenses and costs under this Agreement, and MLS shall have no obligation to reimburse VENDOR or Authorized Subscribers for any expenses or costs incurred by VENDOR in the exercise of VENDOR’s rights or the performance of VENDOR’s duties under this Agreement.
License Fees and Payment. Licensee shall pay RMLS™ the license fees described on the attached Schedule A (the “License Fees”). If this Agreement involves a third-party service provider as Licensee, the Participant hereby irrevocably guarantees prompt payment of all License Fees hereunder, and the acceptance by RMLS™ of payment of License Fees from time to time by the third- party service provider Licensee shall in no way relieve Participant from liability for the same.
License Fees and Payment. 5.1 In consideration of the license granted in Section 1.1, Customer shall pay license fees as set forth in Appendix A. R.C. Xxxxxxx may raise or change the fees or the fee structure at the end of any contract term upon 10 days notice to Customer.

In consideration of the license rights granted above, Licensee shall pay the License Fees or other consideration for the Software Add-Ons, documentation and any derivative products -as set forth on Exhibit B, directly to the Licensor or through the assigned reseller of the add-ons. All amounts payable hereunder by Licensee shall be payable in United States dollars without any deductions for taxes, assessments, fees, or charges of any kind. Licensee agrees to pay all license fees periodically in advance based on the period stipulated in Exhibit B, the first payment being immediately upon installation of the add-ons in the Licencee´s tenant.
License Fees and Payment. 7.1. LICENSEE will pay to the SUBDISTRIBUTOR the License fees indicated in Appendix I, in addition to all applicable local taxes and duties. The LICENSEE will pay to the SUBDISTRIBUTOR unless the SUBDISTRIBUTOR’s Distribution Agreement entered into with INGECIBER is terminated and LICENSEE is notified in writing by INGECIBER, in which event LICENSEE agrees to make payments as specified by INGECIBER, in this case Maintenance will be provided by INGECIBER or other third party appointed by INGECIBER at such times as determined solely by INGECIBER.

Such remittance to be received by MyECheck no later than ten days from the date the fees are collected subject to the availability of US dollars in the Territory. The Licensee will make all payments of amounts due under this Agreement to MyECheck free and clear of, and without reduction for, any withholding taxes. If the Licensee is legally required to make any such withholding from any payment due to MyECheck under this Agreement, the sum payable by the Licensee upon which such withholding is based shall be increased to the extent necessary to ensure that, after such withholding, MyECheck receives an amount equal to the amount MyECheck would have received in the absence of such withholding.. MyECheck reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts at a rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less, from the due date until paid plus reasonable costs incurred in collection (including reasonable attorneys' fees).This right shall be exercisable only upon established cases of failure, negligence, omission to act or an infraction on the part of the Licensee. At its option, MyECheck may require that Customers of Licensee remit all fees due under this Agreement to a financial account (“Account”) that is jointly held by MyECheck and Licensee. Each party shall have online banking access and wire (or similar) capability to the designated Account. Under such an arrangement, all user fees collected from Customers will be deposited by Customer directly into the designated Account agreed to by the parties. The parties shall be able to withdraw...
License Fees and Payment. Licensee shall pay FlyPaper the License Fee prior to FlyPaper’s issuance of the License Key and activation of the Software pursuant to Section 3 hereof. For renewal License Terms thereafter, Licensee shall pay FlyPaper the License Fees prior to expiration of the remaining current License Term, otherwise the Program Manager will prohibit further use of the Software. If Licensee fails to pay the renewal License Fee prior to License Term expiration and Software deactivation, upon Licensee’s request, FlyPaper may permit Licensee to thereafter pay the renewal License Fee and thereupon the Software will be reactivated. Any applicable sales, use, excise, withholding, value added, property, duty, and other taxes and government charges imposed on transactions with Licensee (except for taxes based on FlyPaper’s net income) are in addition to the fees stated. FlyPaper my increase the License Fee upon provision of a written notice to Licensee at any time prior to commencement of the renewal License Term, at which time the fee increase shall be effective.
