In collection means a debt that has been placed with a collection agen- cy by a creditor or that is subject to more intensive efforts by a creditor to recover amounts owed from a borrower who has not responded satisfactorily to the demands routinely made as part of the creditor’s billing procedures.(2) Eligibility.   • Excess Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), that portion of the Servicing Fee that accrues at a per annum rate equal to the Excess Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee.

  • Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
