The Licensee will. 5.1.1. issue passwords or other access information only to Authorised Users and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users do not divulge their passwords or other access information to any third party;
The Licensee will. 1.1 If a student of the College, comply with any Rules & Regulations of the College, together with any Rules for Residence or of the University as may be in force (this includes the Information for Members document). These are available upon request from the College Office.
The Licensee will. 9.1.1 effect and maintain adequate security measures to safeguard the Licensed Data and the Documentation from access or use by any unauthorised person;

The Licensee will. 5.1.1 promote and publicise the availability of the Licensed Work to target audiences and Authorised Users;

(a) not make additional copies of any Source Code except for one copy as necessary for back-up purposes and, for greater certainty, software may be provided to a sub-licensee in object-code form only as integrally incorporated into or with any Licensee Product for the purposes of any sub-licence agreement;
The Licensee will. (a) complete a Series A financing, for a minimum of CDN$2,000,000, within 18 months of the Commencement Date;
The Licensee will. 6.1 not sub-licence the Works without the Licensors prior written permission;
The Licensee will a. comply with the Guidelines and Standards established by the Contractor.
