Fees Collected. The Project Sponsor agrees that no fee, except rent, will be charged of any eligible person for any housing or services provided with funding under this Contract, pursuant to 24 CFR §574.430.
Fees Collected. 4.1 All building permit fees and by-law fines, licencing fees, administrative monetary penalties or any other fee collected shall be collected and retained by Member Municipalities having jurisdiction over the collected fees.
