Renewal License Fee definition

Renewal License Fee means an amount equal to 3.75% of the Fee Calculation Revenue for comScore’s then current fiscal year; provided, however, in no event shall the Renewal License Fee for any Contract Year be less than the Minimum License Fee or greater than the Maximum License Fee.
