User Fees. You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (ii) fees are based on services purchased and not actual usage, (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iv) the number of User Subscriptions purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term stated on the Order Form. User Subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, fees for User Subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the subscription term.

Any additional services required by You that fall outside of the scope of the Services will be charged at the prevailing XTM day rate and will be confirmed with You prior to it being incurred.

User Fees. The Sports Leagues must pay the approved user fees for their use of City facilities. All uses must be permitted and codified per an issued Facility Use Permit approved of by the City of Coachella’s Public Works Director.

User subscription fees are based on such periods as shall be specified in the Purchase Order / Sales Order, (e) We may change the Fees upon notice to You according to Section 12.2 below.

Except as otherwise specified herein (including on Order Form), (i) fees and other charges are quoted and payable in the applicable currency dictated by Your address (ii) fees are based on Services purchased and not actual usage of the Services (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees and other charges paid are entirely non-refundable, (iv) the subscription purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term stated on the Order Form, and (v) We may change Our fees for the Services from time to time, and such changes will not apply to You until the next renewal of Your subscription.

User subscription fees are based on annual periods that begin on the subscription start date and each year anniversary thereof;; fees for User subscriptions added in the middle of a yearly period will be prorated based on the month in which they are added and thereafter will be charge for the full yearly periods remaining in the Subscription Term.

Because fees are based on monthly units, fees for subscriptions purchased in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that monthly period in full and going forward based on the number of monthly periods remaining in the subscription term.
User Fees. User fees (“user Fee”) vary depending on the time and date of the function. The fees stated in the User Agreement are for one 10-hour time period and does include time for set-up, teardown, and cleanup. All events must end no later than 11:30 p.m. Hours booked in the house must be consecutive.
