Employees Covered. (a) Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended, Chrysler Canada Inc., herein called the Company does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Company included in the bargaining units described in Schedule "A".
Employees Covered. HEREIN SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DUES DEDUCTION AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 2 ARTICLE 3 - DISCHARGE
Employees Covered. -10 Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, in the following seniority units, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.
Employees Covered. This policy applies to all employees covered by this agreement.

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965 as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the terms of this Agreement for all permanent full-time and part-time GSRP Employees, GSRP Certified Teachers, Associate Teachers, Program Assistant/Parent Coordinator/Bilingual, and excluding all Administrators.
Employees Covered. This Agreement covers, where already recognized, those employees who are employed as drivers, either over-the-road or city, as well as those employees engaged in dock and clerical work. A list of locations at which the TNUPSFNC has been recognized is appended to this Agreement as Addendum A.
Employees Covered. Pursuant to, and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the employer does hereby recognize the union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment, for the term of this agreement, of all building maintenance, mechanics, custodial and grounds, educational assistants, secretarial, clerical and copy machine operators, food service and transportation employees (hereinafter referred to as "employee(s)", excluding Supervisory employees and all Central Office personnel. Substitute bus drivers shall have no rights to move to another classification regardless of seniority. This shall apply to filling vacancies, bumping in layoff situations and recall.
Employees Covered. 2.01 – For the purposes of this Agreement, the words "Fire Fighters" shall mean all full- time regular employees of the Corporation's Fire Services, with the exception of the Chief, the Deputy Fire Chiefs, the Office Manager and the Administrative staff in the offices of the Chief.
Employees Covered. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 369 of the Pubic Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer included in this bargaining unit described below: All custodians, general maintenance, skilled trade maintenance employees, food service full time and regularly employed part-time bus drivers and vehicle maintenance employees, full and regular part time aides, monitors and secretaries; but excluding executive secretaries, substitute bus drivers, emergency drivers, central office (including operations executive secretary) and clerical employees, temporary employees as defined in Article 10, all other employees and supervisors, including transportation supervisors as defined by the commission. For the purpose of this Agreement, references to male shall include females. The term full-time employee shall mean an employee that is regularly scheduled to work eight (8) hours each day for the minimum of forty (40) hours each week. The term part-time employee shall mean an employee that is regularly scheduled to work less than eight (8) hours each day or less than forty (40) hours each week.
Employees Covered. (a) Employees covered by this Agreement shall be construed to mean, but not limited to, any driver, chauffeur or driver helper oper- ating a truck, tractor, motorcycle, passenger or horsedrawn vehicle, or any other vehicle operated on the highways, street or private road, for transportation purposes when used to defeat the purpose of this Agreement. The term employees also includes, but is not limit- ed to, all employees used in dock work, switching, checking, drag lines, stacking, loading, unloading, handling, shipping, receiving and assembling.
