PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT. This is an Agreement for indemnity reinsurance solely between the Ceding Company and Continental. The acceptance of reinsurance hereunder will not create any right or legal relation whatsoever between Continental and any annuitant, contractowner or any beneficiary under any contracts of the Ceding Company which may be reinsured hereunder.

This is a Yearly Renewable Term Reinsurance Agreement for indemnity reinsurance (the “Agreement”) solely between Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America, Orlando, Florida (the “Reinsurer”), and Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company, Greenwood, Colorado (the “Company”), collectively referred to as the “parties”. The acceptance of risks under this Agreement will create no right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and any other party, including the insured, owner or beneficiary of any insurance policy or other contract of the Company. The Agreement will be binding upon the Company and the Reinsurer and their respective successors and assigns.
PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is made and entered into at Salem, Oregon, pursuant to the provisions of the Oregon Revised Statues, by and between the State of Oregon, through the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and the Oregon Home Care Commission (OHCC), hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER, hereinafter collectively referred to as the STATE and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 503, OPEU, hereinafter referred to as the UNION and jointly hereinafter referred to as the PARTIES. It is the purpose of this Agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the EMPLOYER and the UNION, to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustments of differences which may arise.
