Common use of Employees Covered Clause in Contracts

Employees Covered. Pursuant to, and in accordance with, all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Act of 1965, as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Association as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all full-time and regular part-time bus drivers, excluding all supervisors and all other employees.

Employees Covered. Pursuant to, to and in accordance with, with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Act Acts of 1965, as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Association Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all full-time employees of the Board named by division and regular part-time bus drivers, excluding all supervisors and all other employeesclassification in this agreement in Article 5.4.

Pursuant to, and in accordance with, all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Act Acts of 1965, 1965 as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Association Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all full-full- time and regular part-time bus driversfood service and custodian employees, excluding all supervisors and all other employees.

Employees Covered. Pursuant to, and in accordance with, all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Act Acts of 1965, 1965 as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Association Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all permanent, full-time time, and regular part-time bus driversfood service personnel (cooks), excluding all supervisors supervisory, clerical, custodial, teaching and substitute employees, and all other employees.

Employees Covered. Pursuant to, to and in accordance with, with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Act Acts of 1965, as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Association Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all fullnon-time professional employees of the Board except office clerical, special education paraprofessionals, computer lab aides, and regular part-time bus drivers, excluding all supervisors and all other employeessupervisors.
