FEEDER DRIVERS. A. Prior to implementing a four (4) ten (10) hour workweek, the employer shall meet jointly with the Local Union to negotiate the terms under which a four (4) ten (10) hour workweek may be implemented, subject to ratification of the affected feeder drivers.

FEEDER DRIVERS. (a) The regular scheduled work day, except as provided in subsection (b) below, shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours, with an established start time, excluding a non paid meal period of either one half (1/2) or one (1) hour as provided in each respective area or local Addendum or Rider. The regular scheduled work week, other than as provided in subsections (b) and (c) below, shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday; provided however, when operating needs must be met through the establishment of a regular Sunday sort, the Employer may establish a Sunday through Thursday work week.

FEEDER DRIVERS. (a) In April of each year, Employer shall post a list of its designat- ed area feeder runs with starting times in each Center. Employees within the Center shall be entitled to bid starting times, if qualified, in seniority order and shall be assigned to work on bid runs if avail- able. Having bid a feeder job, an employee must remain in the feed- er classification for a minimum of two (2) years. Each year upon request of the local union, a second (2nd) bid shall be posted in October for the feeder center only. In the event a bid run is eliminated, he/she shall have the opportu- nity to exercise his/her seniority to bump a junior driver with a bid run or go on cover list. This procedure is limited to two (2) bumps. The third move is to dovetail onto the cover list.

At the request of the Union, the parties will meet to review and discuss the Tractor-trailer work currently sub-contracted which originates within their Province in an attempt to determine the viability of converting the sub-contracted work to the bargain- ing unit consistent with the following parameters:
