Employees Covered. (a) Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended, Chrysler Canada Inc., herein called the Company does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Company included in the bargaining units described in Schedule "A". (b) This Agreement shall extend automatically to production and maintenance employees at any new plant the Company builds that the parties shall agree, or, in the absence of agreement, that the Ontario Labour Relations Board shall determine, constitutes an accretion to the multiple plant bargaining unit this Agreement covers, excluding such employees as the parties agree or the Board decides should be excluded. 6. All hourly-rated production and maintenance employees at the Bramalea Assembly Plant, excluding assistant foremen, persons above the rank of assistant ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, security personnel, watchmen, first aid staff, chief inspectors and assistant chief inspectors, timekeepers, general office employees, personnel department employees, clerical employees, plant and designing engineers, metallurgists, chemists, designers, draftsmen, detailers and their assistants, time and motion study employees, technical and professional employees and their assistants. If it is considered that the above descriptions differ from the original Ontario Labour Relations Board certification or the initial agreement between the parties describing the bargaining unit, the Board certification or the initial agreement shall govern. 1. All hourly-rated employees of Chrysler FCA Canada Inc. in its Windsor Assembly Plant, except timekeepers, time study employees, employees in a supervisory capacity, draftspersons, technical employees, office and salaried employees, security and fire officers and all employees covered by any other collective agreement with the Company.
2. All hourly-rated employees of Chrysler FCA Canada Inc. in its Automotive Research and Development Centre, except employees in timekeeping, time study employees, employees in a supervisory capacity, and draftspersons.
3. All hourly-rated employees of Chrysler FCA Canada Inc. in its Etobicoke Casting Plant except supervisors, employees in a supervisory capacity, office and salaried employees and all other employees covered by any other collective agreement with the Company.
4. All hourly-rated employees in its Brampton Assembly Plant, excluding supervisors, persons above the rank of assistant supervisors, supervisors security and fire officers, medical staff, timekeepers, general office employees, human resource department employees, clerical employees, plant engineers, designers and draftspersons, Industrial Engineers, technical and professional employees and their assistants, and all employees covered by any other collective agreement with the Company. If it is considered that the above descriptions differ from the original Ontario Labour Relations Board certification or the initial agreement between the parties describing the bargaining unit, the Board certification or the initial agreement shall govern. By agreeing to the foregoing descriptions, neither party hereto waives the right to move to amend or clarify any certification, by the Ontario Labour Relations Board. (c05, c16).

Employees Covered. RECOGNITION
(a) Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended, Chrysler Canada Inc., herein called the Company Corporation does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Company Corporation included in the bargaining units described in Schedule "A".
(b) . This Agreement shall extend automatically to production and maintenance employees at any new plant the Company builds Corporation that the parties shall agree, or, in the absence of agreement, that the Ontario Labour Relations Board shall determine, constitutes an accretion to the multiple plant bargaining unit this Agreement covers, excluding such employees as the parties agree or the Board decides should be excluded.
(c) . 4. All employees of DaimlerChrysler Service Contract Company Inc. in Windsor, Ontario, save and except Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor, Systems Development Analyst, Secretary to Manager of Operations and persons covered by subsisting collective agreements.

All office, clerical and engineering employees of DaimlerChrysler Canada Inc. in Brampton, Ontario save and except supervisors, security persons above the rank of supervisor, secretary to the Plant Manager, secretary to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager, secretary to the Production Control Manager, secretary to the Product Engineering and fire officersQuality Control Manager, medical staffmanagement trainee, timekeeperssupplier quality assurance engineers, general office employees, human resource department employees, clerical employeesstatistical process control engineers, plant environmental control administrator, manufacturing engineer control coordinator, network analysts, industrial engineers, designers and draftspersons, Industrial Engineers, technical and professional employees and their assistantsstamping shift control coordinators, and all employees covered by any other collective agreement with in the Companyfollowing departments: personnel, finance, factory information system, product engineering and quality control, distribution, manufacturing group accounting and plant engineering.
