Time of Answers. (a) Supervision will provide the employee or one member of a group of employees a verbal answer within 24 hours following meaningful discussion identified in Step 1 of the process.

Step Two: By the Department Head or Superintendent within fourteen calendar days from the date of the meeting at which the grievance was discussed. Step Three: By the Joint Board or its designated representative within fourteen calendar days of the meeting at which the grievance was discussed. The Union and the Employer must adhere to the time limits set forth in this grievance procedure. In the event the Union does not advance the grievance to the next step within the established time limit, the grievance will be considered withdrawn and no further appeal will be accepted.
