Distribution of Contracts. The Association will distribute copies of the contract to members of its bargaining unit.

The Company represents and warrants that the Company and its underwriter will sell and distribute such policies in accordance in all material respects with state and federal securities laws, including without limitation the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act, and the 1940 Act, to the extent applicable.

Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the Board shall provide, without charge, an electronic copy of this contract to every employee in the bargaining unit. Any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of this Agreement shall be provided with an electronic copy of this Agreement by the Board without charge at the time of employment.
