Distribution of Contract. Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge a copy of this contract to every employee of the bargaining unit. The District shall provide any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement without charge at the time of employment. The District shall provide each employee in the bargaining unit without charge with a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this Agreement.
Distribution of Contract. A. The College will post the Agreement electronically on the College website by the effective date of this Agreement, or within thirty (30) days of ratification, whichever date is later. The College will provide all current and new employees with a link to the Agreement. All employees will be authorized to print one (1) copy of the Agreement from the link on work time using state-purchased paper and state owned equipment.
Distribution of Contract. The Association shall be responsible for distribution of the contract to all bargaining unit members.
Distribution of Contract. 3.9.1 Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Contract, the District shall print or duplicate without charge a copy of this contract for every employee in the Bargaining Unit.
Distribution of Contract. Within thirty (30) days after the execution and preparation of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge thirty copies of this contract to CSEA. Copies shall also be available at each employee work site /department. Additionally, the contract shall be posted on the District’s web site.

Within forty-five (45) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall print or duplicate and provide, without charge, sixteen (16) copies of this Agreement, one for each CSEA E-Board and negotiating team member, and one copy to each work location or school site and post this Agreement on the District’s website.
Distribution of Contract. Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the District shall post the agreement on the District’s website. One printed copy will be provided to each site. Additional printed copies will be provided upon individual request by employee.
Distribution of Contract. Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement a copy will be posted on the Board of Regents website. The AFMSU will prepare and distribute electronic copies and/or hard copies of the agreement to members of the bargaining unit.
Distribution of Contract. The District agrees to print and distribute this agreement, free of cost to the Association and its members. Distribution will be within thirty (30) calendar days of the ratification of this Agreement. A copy of the contract will be given to newly hired employees at the time of hire. Five (5) copies of the contract will be sent to the Association President within ten (10) days after its printing.
Distribution of Contract. Each teacher, administrator, Board member, County Superintendent, County Supervisor, and school library shall be provided with a professionally printed copy of this contract as soon as practicable after ratification and adoption by the parties. Teachers new in the District will receive a copy upon employment. The President of the Association shall be given ten (10) additional copies of the contract for the use of the Association. The Board shall likewise receive ten (10) additional copies for its use. Costs of printing the contract shall be shared equally by the Association and the Board.
