WSSI shall not give any information nor make any representations, concerning any aspect of the Contract or of ReliaStar Banker's operations to any persons or entity unless such information or representations are contained in the Registration Statement and the pertinent prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or are contained in sales or promotional literature approved by ReliaStar Bankers. WSSI will not use and will take reasonable steps to ensure by representatives will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by ReliaStar Bankers. WSSI shall impose similar obligations upon Brokers contracted under a Selling Agreement as described in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement.

PEN shall not give any information nor make any representations, concerning any aspect of the Contract or of Pacific Mutual's operations to any persons or entity unless such information or representations are contained in the Registration Statement and the pertinent prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or are contained in sales or promotional literature approved by Pacific Mutual. PEN will not use and will take reasonable steps to ensure Broker will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by Pacific Mutual.

ING America Equities shall not give any information nor make any representations, concerning any aspect of the Contract or of Southland Life Insurance Company's operations to any persons or entity unless such information or representations are contained in the registration statement and the pertinent prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or are contained in sales or promotional literature approved by Southland Life Insurance Company. ING America Equities will not use and will take reasonable steps to ensure Broker will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by Southland Life Insurance Company.

ING FA shall not give any information nor make any representations concerning any aspect of the Contract or of Reliastar's operations to any persons or entity unless such information or representations are contained in the Registration Statement and the pertinent prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or are contained in sales or promotional literature approved by Reliastar. ING FA not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by Reliastar and will impose this same requirement upon all Brokers with whom ING FA enters into Selling Agreements.

PMD will not use and will take reasonable steps to ensure Broker will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by Pacific Mutual.

PMD will not use and will take reasonable steps to ensure Broker will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by PM Group [PLA].

WSSI will not use and will take reasonable steps to ensure by representatives will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by ReliaStar Life. WSSI shall impose similar obligations upon Brokers contracted under a Selling Agreement as described in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement.

WSSI will not use any sales promotion material and advertising which has not been previously approved by Northern and will impose this same requirement upon all Brokers with whom WSSI enters into Selling Agreements.
