Review by the Association. The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association. If a grievant is not represented by the Association, the Association will be given seven calendar days in which to comment on the solution. If the Association disagrees with the solution, it may, within the said seven (7) days, bring its position to the City Manager. The City Manager shall consider the Association’s views before adopting a solution. In any event, the Association’s position will be noted in the official grievance documentation. The City Manager’s decision shall be final.
