Appendix B. Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications, dated July 2006, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein and shall govern any situations not covered by this Bid Document or Appendix A.
Appendix B. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the RSUs shall be subject to any special terms and conditions for the Participant’s jurisdiction of residence (and jurisdiction of employment, if different) as set forth in Appendix B to the Agreement, if applicable, which shall constitute part of this Agreement.
Appendix B. This form shall be provided by the medical practitioner to the employee who will then deliver it to the Human Resources Department.
Appendix B. NOTICE ADDRESSES AND PROCEDURES All requests, demands, directions, consents, waivers, notices, authorizations and communications provided or permitted under any Basic Document to be made upon, given or furnished to or filed with the Depositor, the Servicer, the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee, the Issuing Entity, the Owner Trustee, the Custodian or the Rating Agencies shall be in writing, personally delivered, sent by facsimile or email, in each case with a copy to follow via first class mail or mailed by certified mail-return receipt requested, and shall be deemed to have been duly given upon receipt:
Appendix B. Appendix B to the Agreement setting forth the fee payable to the Adviser with respect to each Portfolio is hereby replaced in its entirety by Appendix B attached hereto.
Appendix B. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, the Stock Awards shall be subject to any special terms and conditions set forth in any Appendix to this Agreement for Employee’s country. Moreover, if the Employee relocates to one of the countries included in Appendix B, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Employee, to the extent Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Plan. As stated above, Appendix B constitutes part of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding any provisions herein to the contrary, if the Participant transfers the Participant’s residence and/or employment to a country other than the United States, the Performance RSUs shall be subject to any special terms and conditions for such country as may be set forth in Appendix B to this Agreement. Moreover, if the Participant relocates to one of the countries included in Appendix B, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Participant, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Plan. Appendix B constitutes part of this Agreement.
