Distribution of Agreement. The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.
Distribution of Agreement. 20.01 The Board shall print and distribute copies of this agreement to all the Occasional Teachers in its employ.
Distribution of Agreement. The parties shall share equally the cost of printing and distribution of the Agreement and any written changes agreed to by the parties.

As soon as practicable, but no longer than thirty (30) days following the ratification of this Agreement, the District shall print at District expense copies of this Agreement sufficient in number to allow the Association to distribute one (1) copy to each employee. Twenty-five (25) additional copies shall be provided to the Association each year of the Agreement. The District shall provide all employees new to the District a copy of the Agreement, and such Agreement shall be available for perusal by all applicants for bargaining unit positions.
Distribution of Agreement. Following ratification of this Agreement the Association shall prepare a camera-ready copy of the Agreement for District review and mutual editing. After editing, the Association shall print two (2) copies for signing. One (1) copy shall be retained by the District and other copy by the Association. The District will make an electronic copy of the agreement available to all members via the District website.
Distribution of Agreement. The College will provide a copy of the Agreement to each Employee within a reasonable period of time after the Agreement becomes effective, or at the time of offer of employment to an Employee, whichever shall occur later.
Distribution of Agreement. Within forty-five (45) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall provide, without charge, a copy of this Agreement to each Unit Member. The District shall provide new Unit Members a copy of this Agreement, without charge, at the time of employment. The District shall provide each Unit Member, without charge, a copy of any changes to this Agreement.
Distribution of Agreement. Following ratification of this Agreement by both parties herein, said parties shall share equally the cost of preparing and distributing a sufficient number of copies to all members of the bargaining unit.

After editing, the District shall print the Agreement. The cost of such printing shall be the District’s. The District shall distribute copies to all current employees. The Association shall distribute copies to all new employees. The District shall provide the Association with six (6) additional copies. The District shall also make at least one (1) copy available for review by any applicant for employment with the District.
