Salary Schedule Information. 1. It is recognized that due to the 1986-1989 contract negotiations, teachers may not be on the Step (letter) which corresponds to their actual years of service. All returning unit members shall be advanced one (1) step on the schedule for each succeeding year of this Agreement, consistent with Board of Education Policy GCBA. A unit member who has a less than one (1) FTE appointment will receive a salary inclusive of eligible Base, Graduate Hours/approved In-Service Hours, Master’s Degree, Career Increment monies on a pro-rated basis. The total of these salary sources will be multiplied by the FTE to generate this pro-rated salary.

If an employee is to be advanced on the salary schedules (steps, lane changes, and/or raises, or to be paid a longevity annuity per Article XVI, Section 2: E.1), he/she must have completed a full year of professional employment in the Chelsea School District, or if hired after the start of the school year must have been hired prior to January 1, and have obtained an evaluation rating of effective or highly effective during the previous school year. NCPS that have not received a satisfactory evaluation will have been placed on an Individual Development Plan (IDP) (Appendix D-4) to address the area(s) of concern. The IDP must be signed and implemented for at least 60 days for a probationary NCPS if the salary schedule advance is affected. For a non-probationary NCPS, the IDP must be signed and implemented by January 1 if the salary schedule advance is affected for the following school year.

  • Salary Schedule Placement All bargaining unit employees will have their base salaries set on the following salary schedule based on their years of service in their current job title and band. All employees who have been in their current job title and band for six or more years will have their base salaries set at the market salaries identified in the schedule for their job titles and band assignments.   • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • Disclosure Information The disclosure of information as to the names and addresses of the Holders of Trust Securities in accordance with Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act, regardless of the source from which such information was derived, shall not be deemed to be a violation of any existing law or any law hereafter enacted which does not specifically refer to Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act, nor shall the Property Trustee be held accountable by reason of mailing any material pursuant to a request made under Section 312(b) of the Trust Indenture Act.
