Detailed Requirement. Ref Requirement 1 Providers shall offer daily collection from farms in the geographical area the Authority appoint them to cover 2 Providers shall be able to handle all farm animal carcase sizes from a small batch of chicks up to one or more adult cows. This includes collection from on - farm, taking delivery from farmers and onward transport to the PME site. 3 Providers shall be able to uniquely identify Carcases at collection from farm. All farm animal for PME Carcases shall be identified with a tag that can be cross referenced with a paper record including the ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ name, the farm name and the responsible Veterinary Practice 4 Providers shall be able to transport carcases to the specified PME site every Working Day. Monday-Thursday, Carcases shall arrive by 15:00 BST for same-day PME. However, later deliveries may be acceptable if other logistics dictate. On Friday, carcases should arrive by 14:00 BST preferably and by 15:00 BST at the latest. 5 Providers shall ‘bag’ all small farm animals for PME Carcases up to a 20kgs weight. Multiple farm animals for PME Carcases in the same submission may be ‘bagged’ together where appropriate. The Provider shall ensure that batches of small Carcases such as piglets or chicks are kept together in transit and at the Collection centre/s. If a batch of small Carcases exceeds 20kg then two or more bags shall be used. 6 Carcases must be handled in such a way that they are not damaged and are suitable for diagnostic PME. E.g. the Carcase of a cow should not be placed on top of a bag of baby chicks. 7 Before leaving the last on farm pick up, Providers shall ring/email/text the PME site to state departure time and to list carcases transported 8 Providers shall be ABP registered as Category 1 & Category 2, and shall comply with the requirements set out in the ABP regulations EC No.1069/2009 and implementing EC No142/2011. Detailed Requirement. The Recipient shall design a workshop, of no more than one day in duration, and deliver this nationally. The workshop should ensure the target groups identified above have a complete knowledge about court processes and the support that victims need in court to include: Entitlements under the Victims’ Code and the Witness Charter for all victims of sexual violence including special measures. Roles and responsibilities in accompanying and supporting a victim in a court setting including when they are giving evidence by live link – this includes the relationship with the Court Based Witness Service. A walk-through of the main processes within court proceedings. Ensure that training is tailored to those who provide advocacy support to the victims of violence against women and girls as well as where ISVAs/YPAs support male victims of sexual violence and where the ISVA/YPA supports Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender victims of sexual violence. It is important to the Authority that the workshops are well attended by ISVAs and YPAs nationally to ensure that the benefits of this training reach victims of sexual violence everywhere. The Recipient is therefore required to design and deliver the workshops in a manner that achieves this. Young Peoples’ Advocates’ Co-ordinators have confirmed that YPAs should be trained alongside the ISVAs, given that YPA cases aren’t just confined to the youth courts. The workshops shall be free of charge to participants. The Recipient shall have a range of expertise and experience within their team to deliver high quality workshops. The Recipient shall deliver a consistent approach to all workshops/materials provided. The Recipient shall not use the personal data of trainees for purposes other than the delivery of the Services set out in the Grant Agreement. The Recipient shall collect anonymised data that demonstrates that they are delivering the training in a way that takes account of the attendees’ Protected Characteristics (under the Equalities Act 2010). Furthermore the Recipient will need to demonstrate that the training supports ISVAs and YPAs to take account of the Protected Characteristics of victims. The Recipient should ensure that the training is available to ISVAs/YPAS who may support men and children in addition to women to ensure that the Authority is discharging its Public Sector Equality Duty (under the Equalities Act 2010).

The current boiler may be used if appropriate. New radiators will be required and should be supplied and fitted as necessary. 3.4 Lighting will be required to allow complete illumination of the work areas. The system will be required to be energy efficient with controls for occupancy and daylight. Minimum emergency lighting is also required. 3.5 Water and drainage. Detailed Requirement. 4.1 The Supplier will provide the following services to provide the deliverable reports i. High quality medical experts throughout mainland UK and outside the UK for overseas Applicants. Suitably qualified experts should have relevant and re- cent knowledge and experience in the field required. Please see section 6.1 for the required timescales for each of the below. a. Where a psychiatric diagnosis/prognosis is required, a report must be provided by a Clinical Psychologist who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council or a Psychiatrist who is registered with The Royal College of Psychiatrists. It is not expected that overseas psychologists will be registered with The Health and Care Professions Council. The Supplier will provide a psychiatrist in these cases. b. Some reports may be obtained based on medical information only, without the need for a face-to-face examination (virtual or physical). CICA will identify these cases when making a referral to the Supplier. c. Where a face-to-face examination is required, the Supplier will ensure that examinations are conducted within 35 miles of the Applicant’s home. In cases where this is not possible the Supplier will advise CICA and discuss alternative solutions. d. Where a face-to-face examination cannot be done, perhaps due to the needs of the Applicant or during pandemic restrictions, the Supplier will ensure the examination is conducted virtually. ii. If a report is required from a medical expert who is a resident overseas, i.e., for an Applicant who lives oversees, the Supplier should seek a suitably qual- ified expert. This expert should have relevant and recent knowledge and ex- perience in the field required. a. The Supplier should contact the Applicant to agree travel arrange- ments for them to attend the examination, ensuring examinations are conducted within 35 miles of the Applicant’s home. In cases where this is not possible the Supplier will advise CICA and discuss alternative solutions. b.
